Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier location. As we work with multiple suppliers, estimated delivery times are:

Australia: 7–21 business days

International: 14–35 business days

Please note that some orders may arrive in multiple packages from different suppliers.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Some orders may have multiple tracking numbers if items are shipped separately.
